Festive Schedule – classes over the Christmas Period

Classes are running as normal til Friday 22nd December (ending with Allan’s lunchtime Yoga & Sound class), then will resume on Friday 5 January with a special Intention-Setting Yoga & Sound Meditation session with Martin and Allan from 7-9pm.

Such a great start to the day – morning Mysore resumes

Our lovely Mysore teacher Charlie Grange is back from 2 months of further yogic studies in India so the Morning Mysore sessions are happening on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6 – 8.30am (with Charlie assisting from 6.30am, last mat 7.30am) and Sundays from 7 – 9.30am (assisting from 7.30am, last mat 8.30am).
These sessions are open to all. If you have never done Yoga before, it’s a good idea to try out some evening classes first and/or the Sunday morning beginners session so that you can get a feel for how to do Yoga before committing to a strong practice like Ashtanga.

If you have any aches or injuries and want to join, Charlie will modify the practice to your needs. So just let her know!!

We’re delighted to announce that Mysore will begin again next week!!

The lovely Charlie Grange is moving back to Aberdeen to dedicate her fantastic teaching skills, energy and enthusiasm to the Morning Mysore Program

Ashtanga enthusiasts and anyone keen for a supported morning practice or who would like to get into one will have the excellent opportunity to benefit from Charlie’s wealth of experience not just in teaching but also as a practitioner.

Thursday Lunch Class Restarts from May

The Thursday lunch class will resume as of May with our lovely Emma guiding you through beautiful, blissful practises to stretch out, release tension, gently strengthen your body and increase your flexibility.

Emma is a yoga teacher and yoga therapist with a skill for gently, kindly easing you into the subtle transformative power of breath-led yoga practices.

This is a 45 minute class from 12.15pm to 1pm and costs £6, or £5 concession.
