Aberdeen Yoga Festival is a celebration of the diversity of yoga we have in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. This year’s theme is breath.
This is the second year that Rebecca and Martin are organising the event.
As of the beginning of February the following changes come into effect:
Rebecca’s Ashtanga Vinyasa is moving to THURSDAYS at 1800-1930
and her Flow Yoga will now start slightly later at 1945-2115
Martin’s Dynamic Yoga is moving to WEDNESDAYS at 1900-2030
|We’d like to extend a very warm welcome to a new and fantastic teacher to the studio….
Lyndsey will be taking over Wednesday lunchtime classes from Wednesday 16 January and Monday lunchtimes from Monday 4 February as Karen focusses on her final term and year at Art School.
Lyndsey is also available for private sessions. Contact us to organise a session.
With a background in the Ashtanga Yoga system and personal experience of gaining huge benefits to her active sports and personal life from yoga, she’ll be an asset to the studio and her lucky students.
We’re delighted to announce a new regular pregnancy yoga class on our timetable.
The Yoga for Pregnancy class takes place on Fridays, 5.15-6.45pm with the very lovely and highly-skilled midwife and pregnancy yoga expert Judy Cameron. These wonderful classes are a safe, effective and integrated form of yoga, carefully adapted for you to practise from fourteen weeks of pregnancy up to the birth of your baby.
To find out more about Judy and her classes, see her website.
In response to a sudden flurry of interest, Love Yoga Gift Vouchers are now available!
You can buy vouchers for whatever you like from a class, to a block, to a private session – all at the usual prices.
You can pay for the voucher by bank transfer, by cheque or by popping into the studio with cash.
The Gift Vouchers will be valid for 6 months.
Contact us to buy a voucher or find out more.

Maybe you could bring your uncle Jim or your mum along with you!
