Our favourite laid-back, Yin-tastic, ‘be-with-how-things-are-now’ teacher and studio owner is back from his well-deserved trekking holiday in Bolivia.
We’ve missed him and we’re glad to have him back sharing his grounded stability and gentle, open-hearted teaching!

Natalia Alvarez will be starting a new Yoga Dance Class on Wednesday mornings from 0930 to 1040.
Expressive and Corrective Yoga Movement (ECYM) is a very active and dynamic Dancing Yoga that helps build flexibility, strength and body awareness. Classes are a fun and effective way to get fit, improve posture, become more flexible, look after your mind and body, relax, express yourself and view life more positively.
Every class focuses on a specific chakra, exercising and stretching different muscle groups to get that specific energy flowing better. When this happens, not only does our body benefit, our mind and attitude to life can improve too.
Natalia is an experienced Dancing Yoga teacher and an accredited Body Therapist under System of Centers of Energy (Sistema de Centros de Energía) Dr. Hugo Ardiles School, Buenos Aires. She also holds a PG Certificate in Coaching (University of Aberdeen).

Hello Monday evening yogis!
As you know, the turnaround between the first and second class is somewhat tight at the moment. As a result, I’ve decide to make the first class a little longer and to start the second class a little later.
So, Ashtanga Basics will run 1800-1915 and Vinyasa Flow will run 1930-2100. I hope this doesn’t cause any inconvenience and I look forward to seeing you on your mats!
Aberdeen Yoga Festival is a celebration of the diversity of yoga we have in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. This year’s theme is breath.

As of the beginning of February the following changes come into effect:
Rebecca’s Ashtanga Vinyasa is moving to THURSDAYS at 1800-1930
and her Flow Yoga will now start slightly later at 1945-2115
Martin’s Dynamic Yoga is moving to WEDNESDAYS at 1900-2030
We’re delighted to announce a new regular pregnancy yoga class on our timetable.
The Yoga for Pregnancy class takes place on Fridays, 5.15-6.45pm with the very lovely and highly-skilled midwife and pregnancy yoga expert Judy Cameron. These wonderful classes are a safe, effective and integrated form of yoga, carefully adapted for you to practise from fourteen weeks of pregnancy up to the birth of your baby.
