This year’s autumn yoga retreat at Corse House was a great success with a spectrum of yoga from the sweaty to the deeply relaxing, with gentle and more exciting partner yoga thrown in. There was drumming, chanting, great food, fresh air, cosy relaxation and loads of laughter. Photos below….. The next one won’t be so far away!
Lindsey’s Tuesday morning Power Yoga is on holiday for the next two weeks and will be back on Tuesday 28th October, 9.15am.
Karen’s Thursday lunchtime class will also be on holiday, from this Thursday 9th until Thursday 30th October,12.30pm.

Hello pregnant yogis!
Our lovely Mischa is on holiday this Friday through to next, and we have unfortunately been unable to find anyone to cover the class for yo – so there is no pregnancy yoga class this evening, Friday 8 August, nor next week Friday 15 August.
Class will be back on Friday 22 August as normal.

Emma’s lovely and powerful Friday morning Vinyasa Practice classes are now going to run 1030 – 1130.
