Love Yoga offers the widest range of styles of yoga available. Classes are available morning, noon and night.
Yoga for All. (Hatha): Suitable for all - men and women, and all body-types. Easily modified for people with physical challenges, and pregnant women. It is strong, soft, energising, and relaxing. A bit like a guided tour of the body and mind. The system works with all muscles, the spine, and even organs and skin. (Rachel)
Astanga Vinyasa (power) yoga. A powerful yoga, with special breathing techniques, and movements. A strong practice suited to people who want to build strength and flexibility fast. (Rachel and Coran)
Vinyasa Flow
Strong, flowing yoga, good for a workout and relaxation
Prenatal Yoga: Special classes for mums-to-be. (Rachel)
Kids Yoga: Yoga helps children retain their natural flexibility. Classes designed to be fun while improving strength, flexibility, memory and concentration. (Rachel)

Yin/Yang Fusion: Staying in postures for longer helps make your connective tissue more flexible, and relaxes your body and mind. (Martin)

Chi Gung: An ancient mind, body, soul system related to Tai Chi, and chinese medicine. Suitable for all. ( Martin)
