Welcome to Love Yoga

'Is it fun for me or is it good for me?'

That's the false choice we give ourselves. Why not both?

Joy of living is a much better motivator than fear of dying

One of my students described how he feels after yoga on his Facebook update: "Yoga makes you feel relaxed, loose, long, energetic, free and ready to take on the world"

The practise of yoga generates lots of positive physical energy. Most people come because of the literal break it offers from tensions caused by everyday living. Your body becomes more flexible and stronger. If you are a sporty type this means you injure yourself less. Everyone looks and feels better.

Over time the techniques encourage you to watch and tune into your thoughts, as well as your body. This makes it  easier to catch out-of-date or plain wrong beliefs and ideas. You should leave a class feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Many people feel better than they have for years.

At Love Yoga Studio you can choose from Traditional Hatha Yoga; Yin Yoga; Astanga Yoga (also known as Power Yoga); Private Classes; Dancing Yoga; Yoga for Kids; Workshops, Retreats; Prenatal Yoga; Shiatsu Massage and more.

All welcome, beginners, returners and regulars.

Love Yoga's ASTANGA (Power) YOGA class was voted 'BEST OVERALL WORKOUT' in Aberdeen.  Testers visited various exercise classes throughout the local area.

"At the end of this challenging workout this tester felt ready to take on the world. She quickly became aware of how dreadful her posture was, but felt it rapidly improving as the class went on. The rapid speed at which you go through the postures is easily enough to build up a good sweat. And after the 10 minutes relaxation at the end she felt invigorated."
