So happy to be back at Love Yoga offering two Sound Baths this coming weekend.

Saturday and Sunday 7-8pm

The studio is set up for social distancing so it’s a maximum of 12 spots per evening. If you can provide your own mat/eye pillows and anything else you require for your comfort. 🙏🏻

I know these last few months have been hard emotionally and financially, for me too. If you feel this would be of benefit to you, but are worried about money in these times, drop me a message and you can pay it forward with kindness once you leave. Join Martin and Rebecca for a beautiful few hours of dance, meditation and sharing food.

Meditation is an incredibly powerful tool for transformation – both internally and in the world around us. We can make so much more difference than we think!

As well as our usual guided seated meditation for peace, we’re including movement meditation dance and the opportunity to share food and a sense of community with each other afterwards. We will hold space for those that feel drawn to come together to sweat their prayers and join their minds in meditating on peace and a loving way forward for the human race & the planet.

Timetable Tweaks for Thursday evenings & Meditation

 

Thursday evenings are now changing format slightly…..
6pm-7.15pm: Power Yoga – Based on Ashtanga, but mixing up the flow with postures from various series, this class will be strong, sweaty, challenging and fun.

7.30pm – 9pm: Flow Yoga with a Short Guided Meditation – a general, fun, flowing yoga class taking its cues from the needs of the class on the night. A great introduction to yoga for the uninitiated and a lovely practice for regulars. There will be a short guided meditation in the final 15 minutes or so of the class for those who are interested.

 

The Monday evening 7.30pm Vinyasa Flow class has been concluding with short guided meditations for some time, so feel free to check that out if you would like meditation to be part of your posture practice too.
