Love Yoga Teachers

 

Our experienced teachers have all been teaching and practising yoga for at least 15 years. We cover a range of styles, and are here to help you reach your goals, however large or small.

 

rachel
Rachel Lightbird has been teaching yoga for 11 years and currently teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Hatha forms. Rachel has studied with some of the world’s leading teachers including Patthabi Jois, founder of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system of yoga, John Scott, Shiva Rea and Eric Schiffman. Rachel aims to help people feel comfortable with their bodies, while building strength, flexibility, and a sense of inner peace.

Coran Noble began teaching in 2005 and has been practicing yoga since 1993. He has studied with John Scott, Richard Freeman and David Swenson, some of the world’s leading Ashtanga Yoga teachers. Coran qualified to teach Ashtanga under Brian Cooper in 2004, and to teach Hatha with The British School of Yoga in 2005. He teaches Ashtanga Yoga in its pure and traditional form.

Martin Julich has been practicing Yoga for 21 years. He loves the clarity and precision of Iyengar, his first form. In the early 1990’s he discovered Tibetan Yoga, a cleansing and invigorating form using breath, movement and voice together. will occasionally introduce this in his classes. Martin also teaches Shiatsu, Five Rhythms Dancing and Chi Gung. He is a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, and believes in a holistic approach to body work and life.
