Deeply Relaxing Yoga – 12.15-1pm every Thursday

Join Rebecca for 45minutes of deeply relaxing lunchtime yoga every Thursday from 12.15pm to 1pm.

This class will soothe away the stresses in your body and mind, gently but powerfully stretching, strengthening & increasing flexibility.

Focussing on breath and gentle movement, this class is accessible to everyone, including beginners and those with injuries, and is deeply effective.

At only 45minutes, it’s a perfect bite-sized class for lunch time so you can go back to your day calmed, grounded, reure shed and relaxed.
