how we do Yoga, by which I mean how aggressive or apprehensive or in whatever ‘expression’ usually relates to how we ‘do’ life. So practicing being kind to your possibly tight hamstrings in your practice will engender being more kind in the world.
Apart from that near-to philosophical stuff, Yoga is an invitation to enjoy our bodies, the breath, the mind and its focus and quietening, being rooted and trusting in our senses.
