Susan, also known as “Wee Yogi”, is passionate about holistic health and yoga. Since beginning Ashtanga Yoga in 2002, she has studied with various leading teachers from around the world namely, Dena Kingsberg, Shiva Rea (Vinyasa), and Sarah Hatcher. Susan is a qualified Ashtanga Yoga Instructor: her passionate, fun and challenging teaching style comes from her own experience of yoga which continues to teach her about patience and acceptance. These daily lessons have brought her closer towards understanding the essence of yoga. Susan’s unique teachings offer students practical tools on how yoga may bring about self-realisation and full awareness of the mind and body.
Susan is enthusiastic about raw food – particularly green juices and raw chocolate! She is a qualified massage therapist, and has an extensive background in nutrition, detoxification and holistic regeneration.
