Week-long Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga – a morning Mysore Intensive, 14-18 October
During this five date intensive, students will learn the basic how-to’s of starting a Mysore-style of practice. Students with existing practices may also attend. We will focus on breath, alignment and review all practicalities that are required when commencing a long-term, healthy and stable daily ashtanga yoga practice.
Two Sessions: Sign up for one. Not interchangeable (if you sign up for the early slot, you stick with that slot).
£60 for five days – Monday through Friday:
6:30 am-8 (Arrive between 6:30 and 6:45 am – finish your practice by 8 am).
8-9:30 am (Arrive between 8-8:15 am – finishing your practice by 9:30 am).
