Week-long Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga – a morning Mysore Intensive, 11-15 November
To kick start our regular morning Mysore program, we’re having another five date intensive. During the week, students will learn the basic how-to’s of starting a Mysore-style of practice. Students with existing practices may also attend. We will focus on breath, alignment and review all practicalities that are required when commencing a long-term, healthy and stable daily ashtanga yoga practice.
