We’re Open for In-Person Classes!

We’re super delighted to confirm that the studio is opening back up for in-person classes from Monday 17th May!

Its been a while and we know it will do us all the world of good to spend some time together stretching, breathing and doing good things for our phsyical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.

As well as the familiar faces of Martin, Rebecca, Charlie, Allan and Josie, we’re also so happy to welcome Oliver’s teaching talents to the timetable!

We have a few changes to the timetable – Oliver’s new Tuesday evening Innovation class, a new midweek evening Gong Nidra class from Allan, and a day change with Josie’s Midday Meditation & Body Boost class now happening on a Tuesday. You’re super welcome to come along and practice with us whether you’re a seasoned or lapsed yogi or a total newbie. Yoga really is for everyone!

✨We‘re still OPEN for in-person classes✨ 

Mercifully, the latest restrictions don’t affect our in person classes, so you can still join us for restricted number, pre-booked in-person classes! We also still have a variety of online classes you can join too.

See below for details of all the covid safety measures: 

🌀maximum 10 per class, 12 for Mysore to maintain 2m distancing – mat placement will be marked on the floor to ensure 2m space 

🌀 Regular ongoing cleaning, as well as disinfecting the studio & all touch points in the building before/after classes 

🌀 Ongoing Ventilation of the studio before/after and to some extent during class 

🌀 Times between classes extended to avoid crossover in the stairwell/foyer

🌀No physical adjustments, but verbal cues and suggestions 

🌀Bookings, payments, tracing info and symptom-free declarations all done in advance digitally

So happy to be back at Love Yoga offering two Sound Baths this coming weekend.

Saturday and Sunday 7-8pm

The studio is set up for social distancing so it’s a maximum of 12 spots per evening. If you can provide your own mat/eye pillows and anything else you require for your comfort. 🙏🏻

I know these last few months have been hard emotionally and financially, for me too. If you feel this would be of benefit to you, but are worried about money in these times, drop me a message and you can pay it forward with kindness once you leave. Studio Re-opening info

We’re continuing with our online classes this week – both on zoom and on our Facebook group (timetable and links here: https://linktr.ee/loveyogacommunity) and we are also working on getting everything organised so we can re-open the studio and offer some classes in person too!

It’s been a wild time for everyone, so we’re doing our best to get everything in place so to offer a lovely, safe, welcoming environment for in-person yoga, as well as continuing to offer classes online.

There will be a few changes both to the timetable and times, as well as booking, maximum numbers and various other measures we’re sure you’re becoming familiar with by now.

We will let you know as soon as we have everything in place – on the website, on our social media (on both Facebook and Instagram @loveyogacommumity) and via our newsletter. Do sign up for the newsletter on the home page of the website if you haven’t already.

Thank you to all those who continued to practice with us online throughout lockdown 🙏🏼 We look forward to continuing to share yoga with you online and in person!

Festive Studio Times

Thank you so much for all your support and energy this past year! It’s such a joy to share yoga with you all and we’re looking forward to sharing more into 2020.

We’re taking a well earned break over the festivities and our normal timetable will resume on Monday 6th January.

NEW Thursday morning CLASS – Hatha Flow 💚🙏🏼

We’re delighted to welcome the lovely Ali Wiseman to teach a regular Thursday morning 9.30-10.30am class at the studio as of this Thursday 18th July 💕

Ali‘s wonderful Hatha Flow class will be a gentle stretchy, relaxing morning mellowness. Super chill with lovely Mudra, meditation and some awesome accessible asana practice.
