We’re super delighted to confirm that the studio is opening back up for in-person classes from Monday 17th May!
Its been a while and we know it will do us all the world of good to spend some time together stretching, breathing and doing good things for our phsyical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
We have a few changes to the timetable – Oliver’s new Tuesday evening Innovation class, a new midweek evening Gong Nidra class from Allan, and a day change with Josie’s Midday Meditation & Body Boost class now happening on a Tuesday.
