Welcome to Love Yoga

The practise of yoga generates lots of positive physical energy. Most people come because of the literal break it offers from tensions caused by everyday living. Your body becomes more flexible and stronger. If you are a sporty type this means you injure yourself less. Everyone looks and feels better.

Over time the techniques encourage you to watch and tune into your thoughts, as well as your body. This makes it  easier to catch out-of-date or plain wrong beliefs and ideas. This way your mind becomes more flexible too.

You should leave a class feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Many people feel better than they have for years.
