That's sometimes the false choice we give ourselves. the good news is - Yoga is both.

Yoga offers a literal break from tensions caused by everyday living. Your body becomes more flexible and stronger. If you are a sporty type this means you injure yourself less. Everyone looks and feels better.
You should leave a class feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Most people feel better than they have for years.
